Ibiza Rocks Says Thanks
In a nice gesture, Ibiza Rocks have invited over 200 people that helped fight the recent forest fires that raged in the North of the Island, to its big Wednesday night party. The fire destroyed thousands of acres of woodland pine but thankfully there were no casualties. The local fire service accompanied by civic volunteers, took over 3 days to contain the blaze, which at one stage threatened the tourist resort of Portinax, as winds fanned the flames.

The live gig tomorrow night, will feature Liverpool Rockers The Wombats, supported by up and coming Slough band Brother. Resident DJ's Doorly and Nicola Bear will kick off the gig at 7pm and the afterparty will continue well into the small hours at nearby Es Paradis. Ibiza is not known for random acts of kindness, so the team at Ibiza Rocks deserve a special mention for their initiative.
