The Prodigy Return To Ibiza

Regarded as Electronic Royalty, but without the etiquette, famed and influential punk base addicts, The Prodigy, return to Ibiza for a live appearance at the inaugural Creamfields Ibiza Festival which will also be a part of the highly popular BBC Radio 1 Ibiza Weekend. The British outfit reserved a quality performance for Ibiza last year when they appeared at Ushuaia and fans will be expecting another polished show. The island of Ibiza is currently enjoying some very hot weather and the crowds have begun arriving for what is traditionally a sold out and very busy weekend for the clubs and hotels. Last night at Ibiza Rocks, where The Prodigy played their first Ibiza gig, Rudimental and a surprise appearance by Ed Sheeran to celebrate the brands 10th Anniversary, roadblocked the San Antonio venue - evidence that the Radio 1 and Creamfield Kids were in town. Ibiza is buzzing with anticipation as the upcoming weekend of events promises to be a special one. The highlight with undoubtedly be The Prodigy at Hard Rock Hotel who will be supported by Sigma and a DJ set from Pendulum. Other highlights on the Creamfields Ibiza Festival card, which will take place over three venues owned by the Matutes family in Playa Den Bossa, include Duke Dumont, Above and Beyond and Afrojack at Ushuaia Club, along with DJ Sneak and Los Suruba at Ushuaia Tower. One ticket offers entry into all three stages and its an excellent value package with over 30 acts billed.
